A look at the new 2023 Hyundai Palisade

The Hyundai Palisade received a facelift for 2023 in order to remain one of the most modern and attractive options in the large 3-row SUV segment.

A new style

The changes made to the 2023 Hyundai Palisade aim to make it look more modern than before while making it still recognizable as a Palisade. This has been achieved with a new grille and headlamps, as well as new wheels and bumpers. The grille is now rectangular instead of trapezoidal and it is filled with large rectangles in place of the small triangles of last year. Along with the new headlamps, this contributes to making the Palisade look more modern than before and than most of its competitors as well. Inside, the changes are applied to the steering wheel, which is now similar to the one found in other recent Hyundai vehicles as well as the choice of materials, which are different than in last year’s model.

The same competent powertrain

The 2023 Hyundai Palisade is powered by the same powertrain as before, which means a 3.8L V6 engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission take place under the hood. Delivering 291 horsepower and 262 ft-lb of torque, this engine gives the Palisade more than adequate performance as well as a low fuel consumption on the highway, with an official figure of only 9.6 L/100 km. New for 2023, the all-wheel drive system benefits from a tow mode that optimizes power delivery in order to make towing heavy trailers easier and more enjoyable.

Enough space for everyone and everything

The 2023 Hyundai Palisade is a very spacious and practical SUV with its three rows of seats and its large cargo compartment. The Palisade benefits from a large cabin in order to make everyone on board more comfortable on longer trips due to more legroom and headroom than its competitors. In order to carry all of the luggage families need to transport, the 2023 Palisade offers up to 2,447 litres of space with the rear seats folded down.
