Winnipeg Hyundai is looking to add a Head Lot Attendant to our team. We offer competitive wages, a group benefits package, teamwork and a positive work environment. This position requires you to be outside for a majority of the shift so dressing for the weather is very important.

Duties Include:

• Supervising & Delegating work to other lot attendants
• Inventory Organization
• Lot Cleanliness
• Vehicle Drop off & Pick up
• Cleaning & Fueling of Vehicles
• Website Pictures
• Snow Removal
• Lawn Care

What we expect from you:

• Be punctual and dependable
• Have a Class 5 Driver’s License with a clear driver’s abstract
• Comfortable driving all sizes of vehicles in all situations
• Be willing to work outside in all types weather conditions
• Be willing to take care of the Dealership lot maintenance, including lawn care, garbage pick up, cleaning etc.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbally
• Be capable of supervising 1 other employee
• Possess exceptional problem solving skills
• Be able to provide an outstanding customer experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $14 - $15 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

License/Certification:
