Supporting Children Through Hyundai Hope on Wheels
One of the causes closest to our hearts is Hyundai Hope on Wheels, a national initiative dedicated to supporting children affected by cancer. The organization helps fund paediatric cancer research, care and programs at treatment centres across Canada.
In October 2025, Hyundai Hope on Wheels announced a $100,000 donation to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba. Winnipeg Hyundai contributed an additional $25,000, bringing the combined donation to $125,000.
These funds support paediatric oncology programs and services at HSC Children’s Hospital, helping young patients and their families access specialized care close to home. In recognition of the donation, a treatment room in the hospital’s paediatric oncology and transplant unit will be named in its honour.
Winnipeg Hyundai was also proud to host a Hyundai Hope on Wheels Handprint Ceremony. During this meaningful event, children and families affected by cancer placed their painted handprints on a Hyundai vehicle as a colourful symbol of courage, hope and unity.
St James Canucks
Winnipeg Hyundai is proud to sponsor the St. James Canucks and support local hockey in our community.
The Canucks bring players, families and fans together through a shared passion for the game, and we’re pleased to support an organization that contributes to Winnipeg’s strong sporting tradition. Community sports help athletes develop teamwork, confidence and lasting friendships both on and off the ice.
We look forward to cheering on the St. James Canucks throughout the season.
Red Rose Ranch Veterans’ Horse Camp
Today, we had the privilege of handing over the keys to two vehicles that will be on the road supporting R3VHC – Red Rose Ranch Veterans’ Horse Camp!
We are incredibly proud to lend our vehicles to an organization doing such meaningful work for Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, First Responders and their families. The work being done at Red Rose Ranch is truly special, creating a place where people can connect, heal, find community and simply take a breath away from the stresses of everyday life.
It means a lot to our team at Winnipeg Hyundai to be able to play a small part in helping R3VHC continue the incredible work they do. ❤️ We’re grateful to the entire Red Rose Ranch team for everything they give back to our community and those who have served and continue to serve.
DQ Miracle Treat Day
Winnipeg Hyundai was proud to support DQ Miracle Treat Day, an annual initiative that brings communities together to help children and families receiving care at local hospitals. By participating in this meaningful event, our team helped raise awareness and support for an important cause while enjoying a few delicious Blizzard Treats along the way. We’re grateful to everyone who took part and helped make a positive difference in our community.
